Carrot Cake Breakfast Prep
  1. Blend 8 large peeled carrots

  2. Add 12 eggs, 1 cup old fashioned oats, 3 tsp cinnamon, 2 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp pumpkin spice

  3. Blend again until combined

  4. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 pan

  5. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes

  6. Let cool completely

  7. Slice into squares

  8. Transfer into glass meal prep containers
