  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet, add the diced onions cook briefly

  2. Add the tomatoes and V8

  3. Add seasoning, and adjust salt to taste - red pepper flakes if you want

  4. Simmer for 30 minutes,covered

  5. Cook and drain pasta, pour into prepared sauce, cover with cheese and serve
