Place the limes in a blender. Add the sugar, water and chamomile tea and blend until smooth, about 15 seconds.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large bowl, pushing all the liquid through. Discard the solids.
Pour the liquid mixture back into the blender and add the heavy cream.
Blend briefly, about 5-10 seconds, to combine. This will whip the cream slightly into a thick and creamy Brazilian lemonade.
Pour over crushed ice to serve.
