Chop the cilantro
In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, red wine vinegar, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, lime juice, monk fruit, garlic paste, and ginger paste to make the dressing
Combine edamame, northern beans, diced vegetables, and cilantro in a large bowl
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine
Divide into 5 servings
