Preheat the oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, add the flour, rolled oats (blended into a flour-like consistency), baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix these ingredients and set aside.
In another bowl, combine the sugar and butter. Once incorporated, add the eggs and vanilla.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients while mixing.
Fold in the chocolate chips, milk chocolate, and nuts.
Roll the dough into 1 ½ - 2 inch balls and place them in the fridge for 2 hours.
Bake the cookies at 350°F for 13-15 minutes.
