Let the tomatoes simmer for about 20 minutes
Add the fresh basil and season with salt
Remove the basil stems
Add the al dente pasta and pasta water, mix thoroughly
Season to taste with salt and freshly cracked pepper
Garnish with high quality aged Parmesan cheese
