  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.

  3. Add onion and garlic; sauté 2–3 minutes.

  4. Season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  6. In a bowl, combine flour, Greek yogurt, egg, oil, and optional protein powder.

  7. Mix until a soft dough forms.

  8. Knead lightly (30–60 seconds) until smooth.

  9. Divide dough into two equal portions.

  10. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  11. Grease a baking dish (8×8 or similar).

  12. Press half of the dough evenly into the bottom.

  13. Spread cooked beef evenly on top.

  14. Spoon blended cottage cheese over beef.

  15. Sprinkle shredded cheese generously.

  16. Flatten remaining dough and place on top, sealing edges.

  17. Bake uncovered for 22–28 minutes.

  18. Top should be golden and slightly crisp.

  19. Cheese inside should be fully melted.

  20. Optional: Brush top with garlic-butter mixture during last 5 minutes.
