Beef And Cabbage Stir-fry
  1. Heat oil in a wok or large pan over high heat

  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks

  3. Add garlic, ginger, and fresh chillis, stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant

  4. Add cabbage and carrot, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp

  5. Add scallions and stir

  6. Pour in soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and Shaoxing wine

  7. Toss everything together and cook for 1-2 minutes until sauce coats the ingredients

  8. Serve immediately
