In a bowl, mix chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and garlic
Pour sauce over chicken and toss to coat evenly
Serve chicken over warm rice and drizzle extra sauce on top if desired
Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions
