Chop pistachios. Place chopped pistachios in a bowl and mix in Everything Bagel Spice, cinnamon, and cumin.
Clean and trim green beans. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add green beans and cook until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Drain.
Place beans in a bowl of ice water to cool. Drain well, and dry off the beans with a towel.
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Once butter darkens and smells fragrant, reduce heat to LOW.
Add ¾ of the pistachio mixture, reserving ¼ for topping later. Add in beans. Sauté until heated through, about 5 to 6 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the lemony whipped feta. In a food processor, add all ingredients and process until smooth and not grainy, about 2-3 minutes.
Spread the whipped feta evenly on the bottom of a serving platter. Top with the green beans and remaining pistachio mixture.
Garnish with pomegranate arils and lemon zest. Enjoy!
