Preheat oven to 160 degree Celcius (convection setting/varmluft)
Rinse the beans and remove the stones from the dates
Add everything apart from carrots, walnuts, cranberries and baking powder + baking soda to a blender and blend until completely smooth
Grate carrots on the fine grater and chop walnuts roughly
When the batter is smooth, add baking soda + baking powder and blend quickly to incoorporate
Add grated carrots, chopped walnuts and cranberries to the batter and mix with a spoon. Transfer to a lined tin and bake for 50 minutes. Bake it covered w. aluminium for the first 35 minutes, then uncovered for the last 15
Mix the cream cheese frosting together and place in the fridge
Allow to cool completely in the fridge before serving
Top with Cream Cheese frosting and a sprinkle of cinnamon
