Season the chicken with mustard, garlic, onion powder and paprika. Mix well and let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
Add the seasoned chicken to a pan and fry each side for about 5 minutes until well fried.
Add the onion, tomato and jalapeno.
Add 1 can of epazote and 1 can of water.
Mix well, cover and cook for about 20 minutes.
