Hot Chocolate Mix Pudding
  1. In a medium to large sauce pan, whisk together hot chocolate mix and cornstarch.

  2. Add milk and water, whisking until the powder is dissolved.

  3. Cook over medium heat until the mixture starts to bubble. Be sure to stir frequently to avoid lumps or scorching. When the mixture is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon, remove it from the heat.

  4. Spoon the thickened chocolate mixture into serving dishes. Enjoy warm if desired or refrigerate until chilled through. Place plastic wrap on the surface to avoid a skin forming.

  5. Top with whipped cream, sprinkles, or marshmallows if desired.
