Divide the dough into four equal parts. Roll each portion, then fill with marinara sauce, turkey pepperoni, and mozzarella, seasoning with garlic powder and Italian herbs.
Fold the dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
