Once the potatoes are boiled and mashed mix all the ingredients
Oil your hands and create small balls with the dough
In a pan drop fry them until crunchy
Coat in seasoning
Cut in small bits, dehydrate them overnight at 6OC
Once dry blend all together adding some salt if needed
We chose kimchi for its complex delicious flavor but you can mix veg powders like garlic paprika ,onion etc to create your own
