Mountain Man Crock Pot Breakfast
  1. Grease or spray the inside of a slow cooker. I use a 4 quart size.

  2. Place ⅓ of the hash browns in the slow cooker.

  3. Then add ⅓ of the ham or bacon, ⅓ of the onion, ⅓ of the green pepper (if desired) and then sprinkle salt and pepper on top of all of it.

  4. Sprinkle ⅓ of the cheese on top of that.

  5. Repeat the steps, hash browns, meat, onion, green pepper (if desired) salt, pepper and cheese.

  6. Repeat the steps one more time.

  7. In a medium sized bowl, add the eggs and milk, blend until completely mixed.

  8. Pour over the mixture.

  9. Place the lid on the crock pot and turn onto low heat and cook for 6 - 8 hours.
