Add ½ cup mayo, ¼ cup sour cream, and ¼ cup buttermilk to a jar
Zest half a lemon and add juice from half a lemon to the jar
Add minced garlic and Dijon mustard
Chop and add parsley, dill, and chives
Add thyme, paprika, cayenne, and crushed red pepper flakes
Shake the jar to combine all ingredients
Check consistency and add more buttermilk if needed to reach desired thickness
Refrigerate for a couple hours to let flavors set
Serve with wings, burgers, fries, or as a dipping sauce
