Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large pan over medium heat
Add diced onion and cook until softened
Add ground beef or lamb and cook until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper
Stir in tomato paste, red pepper flakes, and ground cinnamon
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant
Add crushed tomatoes, nutmeg, and bay leaf
Add shellbows pasta and broth to the pan
Simmer until pasta is cooked and liquid is mostly absorbed
Stir in whipped feta until creamy
Top with crumbled feta
Finish with olive oil and chopped parsley before serving
