Creamy Nut Butter Tofu

    Sauce

  1. Press the extra-firm tofu block to remove excess moisture

  2. Cut tofu into cubes or desired pieces

  3. Coat tofu with cornstarch and 2 tbsp soy sauce

  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry tofu until golden on all sides

  5. Mince garlic cloves and add to the pan

  6. Prepare the sauce by mixing coconut milk, almond butter, 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce, maple syrup, and lime juice

  7. Pour sauce over the cooked tofu

  8. Add broccolini to the pan and cook until tender

  9. Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion if desired
