Place the silken tofu in an oven-safe dish and top with the green onions.
Mix all the sauce ingredients together and pour over the tofu.
Use more sauce than you think you need because the tofu will release water as it bakes.
The tofu should be fully covered with sauce before baking.
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 20 minutes, or until the top becomes slightly sticky and caramelized.
Spoon the sauce from the bottom over the tofu before eating.
