Combine the flour, salt and oil
Add the water to the dough and stir with a wooden spoon to combine
When the dough has cooled, knead for about 5 minutes until the dough is soft and doesn't stick to your hand or the work surface
If the dough seems too wet add a little bit more flour, or if it's too dry add a little bit more water
Divide the dough into 60g portions
Roll each portion into a ball, and then roll out with a rolling pin into a circle. If the dough is sticking, lightly dust with flour
Heat a pan over a high heat
When the pan is very hot add the tortilla to the pan
Cook for 30seconds -1 minute on each side, if there is still raw dough visible, cook for longer
If the tortilla puffs up, tap down with a spatula
Keep warm and use right away, or store in a dry place for a couple of days, or freeze for later!
