Tiramisu Overnight Oats
  1. Combine the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Add the milk, coffee, and ½ teaspoon maple syrup, and stir to combine.

  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  4. In the morning, top the oats with the greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon maple syrup.

  5. Optionally, dust with additional cocoa powder.
