Chicken Peri Peri Pies
  1. Prepare the filling by combining the chicken, corn flour, onion powder, garlic powder, chilli flakes, salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, nutmeg powder, dried parsley, dried oregano, lemon juice, vegetable oil, peri peri sauce, cream and coriander.

  2. Assemble the pies by rolling out the puff pastry and cutting into circles. Place the filling in the center of the pastry circles, then top with another pastry circle and crimp the edges to seal.

  3. Brush the tops of the pies with the beaten egg.

  4. Bake the pies in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
