Smashed Crispy Parmesan Bacon Brussels Sprouts
  1. Clean and wash your Brussels sprouts.

  2. Boil some water into a pot and add some salt. Add Brussels sprouts and boil until slightly soft!

  3. Run under cold water, drain and dry with a paper towel then leave to cool.

  4. Sprinkle on some seasoning on baking paper. I used a mix of oregano, garlic, pepper, salt, cumin, paprika and all purpose seasoning, chilli flakes and sesame seeds.

  5. Also add some grated parmesan and a small slice of streaky bacon!

  6. Place the Brussels sprouts on top and smash it! Using something flat, I used the bottom of the glass. Add extra parmesan and seasoning.

  7. Cook in the oven or air fryer at 185°C for about 20-30 minutes depending on how much you've cooked. You want to cook them so they are just slightly crispy and to your liking. So keep an eye on it while it's cooking.

  8. Remove from the tray and add as a side with your roast dinner, on its own or as a side with any meal.
