  4. Mix well with a hand mixer or a whisk until smooth and fully combined. The batter should be thick but pourable.

  5. If you’re adding whey protein isolate for an extra protein boost, be sure to mix it well to prevent clumps.

  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.
