Mexican Tortilla Pinwheels
  1. Remove tortillas from the package. Set aside.

  2. Add the salsa, cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning in a bowl. Stir to mix.

  3. Add in the cheddar cheese, drained black olives, and chopped green onion.

  4. Use a rubber spatula to combine the remaining ingredients to the original ingredients. Measure ⅓ cup of the mixture and spread it on flour tortillas. (One tortilla at a time.) Starting at one end, tightly roll up each filled tortilla.

  5. Place it seam down on a tray. Cover the tray with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

  6. Cut each filled tortilla in 1 inch pieces. Serve with salsa filled individual ramekins.
