Brown Butter Bourbon

(makes 16oz of Bourbon)

  1. Melt down one stick of unsalted butter until it bubbles and browns.

  2. Remove from heat and let cool, then add to a sealable container.

  3. Mix in 2 cups of bourbon and shake well to combine.

  4. Let this sit for about an hour then store in the fridge overnight.

  5. Strain out the bourbon using paper towels or a coffee filter.
