Shrimp Fried Rice With Lamb Chops & Spicy Yum Yum Sauce
  1. Mix seasonings and marinate for 30 minutes. Sear each side 3–4 minutes until caramelized; glaze with honey. Rest 5 minutes.

  2. Sauté shrimp, remove. Stir-fry vegetables, eggs, and rice with sauces. Add shrimp back in. Toss well.

  3. Whisk ingredients until creamy. Chill 10 minutes.

  4. Plate fried rice, top with lamb chops, drizzle spicy sauce, and garnish with green onions.
