Easy croissant breakfast bake

INGREDIENTS

6 Croissants

6 ounces cream cheese

6 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

2 cup shredded cheese

6 slices thick cut bacon- cooked and chopped

2 tablespoons fresh thyme

1 teaspoon Everything Bagel Seasoning

2 tablespoons melted butter

    INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°

  2. Spread a light layer of butter all over a 9x13 casserole dish.

  3. Cut the croissants in half length wise. Smear a tablespoon of cream cheese on each of the croissants Then place the top on it. Cut each croissant in to fourths.

  4. Place the pieces of croissants evenly in the casserole dish. Top with chopped bacon.

  5. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, milk and 1 tablespoon of the fresh thyme.

  6. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants. The mixture should just cover the croissants. Top with the shredded cheese

  7. Bake in the middle oven rack for about 25-30minutes, until cooked through. If the top starts to brown too quickly in your oven, cover it with foil.

  8. Yum!
