  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth. This will naturally sweeten the cookies.

  3. Mix in the almond butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.

  4. Add the oats and stir until fully combined. If you’re using chia or flax seeds, add them in now.

  5. Fold in the chocolate chips or raisins if you’re using them.

  6. Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet, pressing each into a small round shape.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.

  8. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
