Slice unpeeled apples into thin matchsticks and then finely dice them.
Transfer finely diced apples into a large mixing bowl. Add sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, cornstarch and mix well.
Place a heaping ½ tablespoon of the apple filling in the center of the wonton wrapper. Then lightly dap cold water on the edges of the wonton wrapper.
Fold the square wrapper into a triangle and seal the edges by pinching them together.
Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place the wontons on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Lightly brush milk over the top of the wontons with a silicone brush. Then lightly spray wontons with vegetable oil or any neutral oil.
Bake in the middle rack for 14-15 minutes until golden brown. No need to flip over. Remove them from the baking sheet and enjoy hot!
