Vegan Chocolate Mousse
  1. Combine melted dark chocolate and all other ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until completely combined and smooth, around 1 minute. The mixture will be a smooth chocolate custard-like consistency.

  3. Transfer into individual glasses or jars, cover and refrigerate for at least two hours to set. It will be less runny once chilled.

  4. Mousse can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
