Slow Cooker Baby Back Ribs
  1. Place the meaty baby back ribs directly into the slow cooker.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, honey, dried mustard, brown ginger, salt, and pepper to make the barbecue sauce.

  3. Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs in the slow cooker.

  4. Add an onion to the slow cooker.

  5. Cook on low for approximately four hours, adding an extra hour if using spare ribs.

  6. For an optional step, after cooking, transfer the ribs to a baking sheet, brush them with a bit of sauce, and broil for a few minutes.
