Miso Brussels Sprouts Sauce
  1. Combine 1½ Tbsp white miso paste with 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  2. Add 1½ Tbsp rice vinegar to the mixture

  3. Whisk in ½ Tbsp toasted sesame oil and 1 Tbsp neutral oil

  4. Stir in 1 tsp honey until well combined

  5. Use sauce to coat roasted Brussels sprouts
