Combine your wet ingredients with your dry
Bake on 180°C fan forced for approximately 35-45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
While this is cooking, create your caramel on a pan on the stove
Heat the ingredients until they thicken slightly, then take off the stove
Once your cake is cooled out of the oven, smear the caramel all over it and then stick on the coconut flakes
Serve and enjoy!!!

Bake in the oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
While this bakes, combine your frosting ingredients in a food processor and blend
Once cooled, add your frosting to the top with your sprinkle of choice (I added crushed walnuts)
Slice and enjoy!!
