High Protein Cottage Cheese Pancakes
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Remove the container and shake to get everything incorporated and blend again if needed

  3. Preheat a skillet with oil over medium heat

  4. Fry the pancakes on each side until golden brown and puffed up in the middle, about 1-2 minutes per side

  5. Serve with maple syrup and butter
