Grate ginger on the microplane

For orange sesame ginger dressing: grate garlic and ginger on microplane
Add orange zest and juice from 2 oranges
Add rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil
Add ¾ cups oil to orange sesame dressing
Garnish orange sesame dressing with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions
Dress the salad bowl rather than the lettuce directly for even coating
Store dressing in refrigerator for up to 10 days
