Chukauni - Nepali Potato And Yogurt Salad
  1. In a bowl, add yogurt/curd.

  2. Mix chilli powder, salt and amchur.

  3. Mix diced boiled potatoes, chopped onions, green chillies and coriander.

  4. Pour in a tempering of oil, kasturi methi, haldi and chilli powder.

  5. Squeeze a lemon, if desired.

  6. Serve with rice.
