Cut horizontal strips in the right hand third of the puff pastry.
On the middle third, spread a few tablespoons of tomato sauce, top with whatever fillings you want (pepperoni, olives, cheese).
Roll the left hand edge toward the cut third. Apply egg wash.
Swirl the cut strips across the roll. Apply egg wash.
Arrange in wreath shape.
Bake in preheated oven at 200C 15-20 minutes
