White Choc And Lemon Slice
  1. Pulse slice ingredients in a blender a few times until mixture is combined and slightly sticky.

  2. Press into a lined loaf pan.

  3. Place into the fridge.

  4. Melt chocolate and evoo together over a Bain Marie or in the microwave.

  5. Combine well then top slice with it, sprinkling lemon zest before the chocolate sets.

  6. Fridge/freezer for at least 30 mins before slicing, the firmer the better.

  7. Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy!
