Puff Pastry Spoons With Cheese And Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F.

  2. Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut tablespoons out of them.

  3. Place the spoons on a floured cutting board.

  4. Brush each pastry spoon with egg wash (egg yolk whisked with milk) and top with sesame.

  5. Layer the spoons over a tube of foil.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes.

  7. In the meanwhile, prepare the filling.

  8. Roll up the small pieces of salmon.

  9. Pipe cream cheese onto the spoon, then add a small piece of lettuce.

  10. Top it off with a piece of rolled salmon.

  11. Enjoy!
