Crispy Magic Seaweed Crumble
  1. Tear 15g of nori (seaweed) into small pieces

  2. Blend into flakes

  3. Toast in a pan with white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, sugar, mushroom seasoning, salt, and 1 tbsp sesame oil

  4. Stir over low heat until fragrant, glossy, and crisp

  5. Cool and store in a jar

  6. Sprinkle on rice or mix into rice balls
