Add the orzo pasta to a large baking dish.
Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Place raw chicken pieces on top.
Season generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Cover with foil and bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
Remove foil, stir everything gently, top with shredded cheese, and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes until golden and melty.
Serve warm and enjoy.
