In a large pot add 3 ½ oz. Spinach to pot. Top with sun dried tomatoes and minced garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with pasta then cream, and broth and the Boursin cheese. Bring to a boil and cover and cook according to pasta time on the package directions. When pasta is cooked top with shredded parmesan and garnish with chopped fresh basil.
