Mississippi Pot Roast Dip
  1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, au jus mix, and ranch seasoning in a bowl and stir well.

  2. Fold in ½ cup plus 1 tablespoon peppers and brine into sour cream mixture until well combined.

  3. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with remaining chopped peppers.

  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  5. Serve with potato chips.
