Add ground beef and cook for 5–6 minutes, breaking it apart until browned.
Stir in onion and garlic and cook 2 minutes until fragrant.
Add bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
Cook for 5–7 minutes until vegetables soften slightly.
Mix in paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Turn off heat and stir in lemon juice, feta cheese, and fresh parsley.
Serve with warm pita bread, rice, couscous, quinoa, or in Mediterranean wraps.
