Lazy Girl Lamb Curry
  1. Start by marinating the lamb with yoghurt, garlic paste, ginger paste and all the ground spices listed above.

  2. Slice onions and fry them in vegetable oil for 5 mins or until slightly browned, add the lamb along with chopped chillies and coriander and stir for 2-3 mins or until the oil separates.

  3. Add enough water so that everything is covered and then pressure cook for 12 mins.

  4. Check to see if the lamb has cooked to your liking and then simmer for 2-3 mins or until the sauce has thickened.
