A healthier version of banana bread with enough protein to make it a satisfying breakfast.

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Blend the yogurt, cottage cheese, bananas, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients.
Stir the wet ingredients into the dry until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips (and nuts if using).
Pour into a greased 9×13 pan.
Bake 35–45 minutes, until the center is set and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool completely before slicing.
Instructions
Optional topping: Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips over the top before baking.
