Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain off any excess fat and let it cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly until you have a thick, slightly sticky dough.
Lightly flour your surface or place the dough between two sheets of parchment. Roll it out to about ½ inch thickness, then cut into strips or rectangles.
Arrange the chews on your lined baking sheet, leaving a little space between each piece. Bake for 40–70 minutes, depending on how firm you want them.
