Christmas Morning Cinnamon Rolls
  1. Set frozen dough on a clean counter top overnight to thaw and rise, leaving all the loaves in the bag. Be sure to set it out before 9pm.

  2. Flour your surface and roll the dough to a large rectangle no more than ½in thick.

  3. Pour the melted butter over the surface of your dough and spread evenly.

  4. Spread a thick layer of the brown sugar, followed by the white sugar (measuring with your heart).

  5. Sprinkle on your cinnamon.

  6. Tightly roll the dough up starting on a long edge.

  7. Cut sections of about 2 ½" wide.

  8. Place the cut sections on a greased pan and let rise, covered, in a warm spot until double in size.

  9. Bake until golden brown at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.

  10. Remove and slather with the frosting!
